Schneider Electric named among the 50 companies that are changing the world by Fortune Magazine

Rueil-Malmaison (France), August 31, 2016 Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management and automation, has been recognized by Fortune Magazine in its 2016 Change the World list. The Group ranks 24 in this ranking that highlights companies addressing global social problems as part of their core business strategy and integrating societal needs into their corporate strategy. Globally the list recognized companies making intentional efforts to prove the profit motive can be harnessed to alleviate some of the world's most persistent social ills.
