What does the tuition cover?

Tuition includes instruction, course materials*, computer time, continental breakfast, lunch and a variety of snacks. Other meals, transportation, lodging and all other expenses are the responsibility of the student.

* All Wonderware Training materials are copyrighted by Schneider Electric or its suppliers and cannot be duplicated, reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission by Schneider Electric.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a student cancels registration in a Wonderware class, tuition charges are refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received by Wonderware Training at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of class. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the first day of class but more than two (2) business days prior to the first day of class then a service charge of 50% of the tuition will be assessed. Those failing to give at least two (2) business days’ notice of will be liable for the full tuition.

Schneider Electric reserves the right to cancel any training class upon 14 days prior notice. If Schneider Electric elects to cancel any training class for which the customer has pre-paid the training class fee, then Schneider Electric’s sole obligation to customer is to refund such pre-paid training class fee. Customer agrees that his/her sole remedy in the event Schneider Electric elects to cancel a training class is to receive a refund of customer’s pre-paid training class fee.

When are classes scheduled and when do they start and end each day?

Classes generally start at 8:00 am each day and end at 5:00 pm. Check the specific course confirmation for exact times. 

Do you offer onsite training?

Yes, we offer onsite customer training programs at or nearby your organization's facility. These classes can be held at your location or at a nearby hotel or training facility. Onsite training allows us to customize the training contents, discussions and time frames to meet the specific needs of your company. We can modify any of our existing courses or design a tailor-made course with your input to custom-fit your company's training needs.
Wonderware provides the training materials, all necessary software to conduct the training class and can supply the computer equipment (in the continental U.S. only). How do I register and pay for a scheduled class?

Registration for Wonderware classes are completed via the “Register Now” link in the training registration site.

Payment for classes may be made by Credit Card at time of registration or through your local distributor, or the agent acting as the local distributor. For more information, contact the distributor nearest you, or Wonderware Training.  

What is the attire when attending a course?

Recommended attire is business casual.

How are your classrooms set up?

Because we provide a high level of hands-on training in all of our courses, each student has his or her own PC. The instructor can then provide individualized attention to each student’s exercises and applications.
